About the service
loungeX.com is operated by LX Interactive Inc. (“we”, “us” and “our”). These terms apply to browsing and using our accounts, discussions, events and photo features. Features and availability may change.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and do not impersonate another person or organization. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Our Privacy & cookie policy explains public profile information and how to request account assistance.
Taking part
Follow our Community guidelines. Do not harass or threaten others, share private information without permission, post unlawful or infringing material, send spam, manipulate votes or repeatedly publish the same event.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade restrictions or disrupt the service. Ordinary browsing, sharing links and using accessibility tools are welcome.
Your content and other people’s rights
You retain your rights in material you contribute. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize and display it as needed to operate and provide loungeX. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that use, including for photographs, flyers and artwork.
Site branding, member contributions and linked materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Being publicly visible does not grant permission to copy or republish someone else’s work.
For copyright, privacy or removal concerns, use Contact us. Include the page link, the concern and your relationship to the material. We may ask for evidence of identity or authority.
Events and external services
Members supply event information, which can change or contain mistakes. Confirm the date, venue, admission requirements, accessibility and ticket details with the organizer before making plans.
Posting an event does not make loungeX its organizer, ticket seller or sponsor. External ticket purchases and services are governed by their providers’ terms. A link or listing does not imply endorsement.
Restrictions and concerns
We may remove content or restrict access to address abuse, safety, security or legal concerns. Contact us if you believe a decision is mistaken. Contact requests are reviewed by people and are not an emergency response service.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, reliable community, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or accurate third-party content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights, protections or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
